1. New megayacht project in-build at Lurssen
A section of Lurssen’s new megayacht recently floated out at the German shipyard’s facility in Bremen. While the details of this massive projects are yet to be disclosed, there are some giveaways. First, judging from the pictures, the megayacht’s LOA will be well over 100 meters. Second, the yacht is expected to have six decks.
Spotted last week in Porto Cervo in a company of another Lurssen, 110m yacht Ona, Dilbar has now been seen in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, France. Dilbar, which is now speculated to be the largest yacht by gross tonnage, was launched at Lurssen facility in November 2015 and delivered to her owner not long ago.
Italian builder Mondomarine is preparing to launch its M50 superyacht in Savona, Italy. Designed by Milan-based Hot Lab Studios, the sporty superyacht features personally selected by her owner red hull, which contrasts with a white superstructure. Built in all aluminum, the first M50 has three internal decks above the waterline with a large sundeck hosting a jacuzzi, sunpads, al fresco dining area and a bar.
Yacht designer Timur Bozca presented Black Swan superyacht concept designed with «state-of-the-art technology to redefine the terms experience, style and luxury, and to give its owner a supreme experience in travelling». The exterior features simple lines together with dramatic curves and angles.
Dutch Yachting has recently shared the new images of 70m Joy launched at Feadship two weeks ago. With an exterior design by Bannenberg & Rowell, the superyacht features an interior style by Studio Indigo focused on blending exterior and interior spaces. Onboard, glass doors, together with air-conditioned outdoor-in zones, create a natural flow between interior and exterior areas. In total, over 250 different finishes and materials were used on the superyacht.

Turkish shipyard Numarine has announced the sale of its 32XP explorer yacht to a Northern European client. The vessel is now under construction at the company's facility in Gebze.
British designer Andy Waugh, formerly part of H2 Yacht Design, presented an eye-catching superyacht concept Reality, which aims to to create an extremely practical and versatile vessel with an optimized layout, broad appeal and scope for personalization.
Red Yacht Design presented the 50m superyacht concept Stella, designed for Mengi-Yay Yachts. The vessel is ready to be built with a construction time of 24 months.
