Baglietto is happy to announce new details about the construction of its 2 x 48m displacement motor yachts with traditional bow (T-Line) in steel and aluminium currently under construction at the shipyard in la Spezia.
Hulls #10227 and #10228 are sisterships at different stages of construction. Hull no. 10227 is expected to be delivered in summer 2017 to an American Owner. The construction of the second hull is in progress and she is available for sale with delivery in summer 2018. Both yachts are under the 500 GRT.
The exterior lines are signed by Francesco Paszkowski Design and they represent the evolution of the renowned 46m displacement model, drawing inspiration from the traditional stylish features of Baglietto displacement yachts while also making room for innovation, as can be noticed particularly in the reversed glazing of the helm station, forward, which increases visibility from the bridge and the new and more modern athwart garage aft forward of a nice beach club area.
Great volumes and comfortable liveability typical of Baglietto yachts represent the main characteristics of this project as it can count on considerable 350 sqm (3767 sq.ft) of luxury areas. Another important feature is given by the spacious external areas, especially on the sun deck which offers 140 sqm (1506 sq.ft) fully devoted to conviviality and life in the open air: it includes swimming pool, dining area and sunbathing area. Another outdoor dining area is located aft on the upper deck. A vast beach club is also offered to the guests.
The 48m #10228 will be powered by 2 Caterpillar engines 3512 C DITA-SCAC which allow a comfortable top speed of 16kn and cruising speed of 12kn. It is in the highest class of the Lloyds Register of Shipping.
Baglietto has recently announced the new line of yachts between 40m and 50m and has posted a video of the latest viral trend #MannequinChallenge onboard 46m superyacht Fast.
