The Monaco Yacht Show 2021 will take place from the 22nd utill 25th of September. Among the sixty or so superyachts, 37 are 2021 new deliveries unveiled by their builders in Monaco. Four new models of more than 70m in length. Yacht Harbour set the list of the most interesting ones, that will be showcased in Monaco.

The megayacht Viva, from the Dutch shipyard Feadship, is announced as the largest new build of the 2021 edition with her impressive 94m and hybrid propulsion system, as required by her owner. This will allow Viva to travel a comfortable 12 knots on diesel-electric power in the pristine areas the yacht is set to explore. The giant glass construction is a prominent feature in the remarkable exterior design by Feadship Studio De Voogt and Azure. They also obviously play a key role in the open beach-house-style interior by Peter Marino Architects.

The hybrid superyacht Artefact was built by Nobiskrug in 2019. Her recognisable exterior was made by Gregory C Marshall, while her interior was penned by Reymond Langton Design. Artefact is one of the world’s first superyachts to meet IMO Tier III emissions regulations. The solar panels and a large battery storage system allows the vessel to operate for a limited time with no use of internal combustion engines.

The brand-new explorer exterior was made by Michael Leach Design, the interior was penned by H2 Yacht Design. The bridge deck is dedicated to the owner offering an aft-facing cabin complete with a bathroom and walk-in wardrobe opening onto a private terrace with hot tub and walkaround sidedecks. There are two children's cabins too, a double and a twin. Five further guest suites on the main deck include a full-beam VIP suite, the lower deck has one double and three twin guest/children/staff cabins and an elevator serves bridge to lower decks. Among numerous entertainment spaces, the sun deck has a gentlemen's club with fireplace, wine cellar and humidor, lounge, dining and a terrace aft. Victorious also has a touch-and-go helipad, the upper deck's indoor and outdoor dining and forward observation lounge, main deck cinema and children's playroom, a huge 200 sq. m beach club with 77.5 sq. m pool, two lounge and bar areas, gym, full wellness spa and two sea terraces.

Tatiana is the first of a series of three superyachts under construction at Bilgin Yachts, which characterizes the Turkish builder’s ambition to join the world's elite of yacht builders. Tatiana was built in accordance with the latest IMO Tier III standards and comes fitted with a special exhaust system for “100% clean air emissions," according to her builder. Tatiana's layout contains generous living areas, with a beach club and a huge spa. Accommodation is offered for up to 12 guests across eight staterooms. Her interior was made by H2 Yacht Design.

Rossinavi will exhibit the largest construction in its history with ice explorer Polaris, ice explorer of 70.2m. This flagship project was launched this January and was designed inside and out by Team 4 Design. Polaris has been developed with an emphasis on yachting lifestyle, able to move from the warm waters of the Caribbean to the sub-zero conditions of Antarctica. The 70m explorer can accommodate twelve guests and seventeen crew members.

The elegant classic yacht Resilience was recently launched by ISA Yachts. With her 1400 GT, 65m Resilience has been superbly designed by Enrico Gobbi of Team for Design who also developed the interiors. She features two swimming pools (one with a countercurrent swimming system), gym, massage room with sea view, Turkish bath, outdoor cinema room, two jet skis and two tenders. The steel hull is combined to an aluminum superstructure and her layout has six cabins (plus a seventh convertible) including a full-beam owner's suite located forward on the main deck.

The newest Sanlorenzo sauperyacht, Cloud 9 was penned by Francesco Paszkowski Design. She can accommodate 13 guests across seven cabins. She offers flexible guest spaces outside, a beach club open on three sides with lounge, bar, steam room, dayhead, gym equipment and natural light through the glass panels in the large main deck aft pool. A private owner's deck has a suite forward with access to a versatile foredeck terrace, also a touch-and-go helipad, with hot tub, a media sky lounge aft with a large TV for movie nights.

The support vessel Time Off is the ninth hull of the popular 55m YS 5009 design. Like her predecessor Gene Chaser, Time Off has a large multipurpose main deck hangar which is technically ready for stern A-frame installation and allows for a flexible deck layout. Lürssen is known for manufacturing the largest yachts in the world but at the moment is targeting projects in the 55 to 75 meter range. Project 13800 is a first step in reestablishing the brand as a serious proposition for yachts in that size bracket as well. Designed by Bannenberg & Rowell, the fearless use of colours and textures as well as museum quality interior furniture pieces underline the approach of tremendous attention to detail – not only in the interior spaces but also in the technical areas.

The 55m Moskito, YN 19255, previously known as Project Pollux, has a Gross Tonnage of 760 GT. Her muscular exterior lines were made by Omega Architects and are characterised by 'shark-tooth' superstructure overhangs and vertical windows. The design features the latest iteration of van Oossanen’s ultra-efficient Fast Displacement Hull Form. Powered by IMO III-compliant MTU 8V 4000 M63s, it offers frugal fuel consumption of just 150 litres per hour at 11 knots. Her interior design was made by London-based studio Bannenberg & Rowell.

Custom Line Navetta 33, Hull 35 Sold by Northrop and Johnson
Northrop & Johnson has announced the sale of the Custom Line Navetta 33, Hull 35, facilitated by Yacht Brokers Richard Higgins and Deniz Kayman on behalf of the buyer. The Custom Line Navetta 33 is a semi-displacement yacht currently under construction by Ferretti’s Custom Line brand. Designed by Zuccon, the yacht is RINA classed, featuring a beam of 24 feet (7.5 meters) and a draft of seven feet (2.2 meters). Interior spaces are thoughtfully designed for enjoying life at sea. The main deck includes a spacious lounge and dining area, while the bridge deck offers a lounge that opens to an outdoor area for dining and relaxation. The sundeck serves as the perfect spot for soaking up views, featuring sunpads, a hot tub, and lounge seating.
