Katara

Katara is a 124.4 m / 408′2″ luxury motor yacht. She was built by Lurssen in 2010. With a beam of 19.5 m and a draft of 5.3 m, she has a steel hull and aluminium superstructure. This adds up to a gross tonnage of 8010 tons. She is powered by MTU engines of 8837 hp each giving her a maximum speed of 20 knots and a cruising speed of 15 knots. The motor yacht can accommodate 34 guests in 17 cabins with an interior design by Albert Pinto and an exterior design by Espen Oeino.
