Gene Machine

Gene Machine is a 55 m / 180′6″ luxury motor yacht. She was built by Amels in 2013. With a beam of 9.4 m and a draft of 3.35 m, she has a steel hull and aluminium superstructure. This adds up to a gross tonnage of 670 tons. She is powered by MTU engines of 2000 hp each giving her a maximum speed of 16 knots and a cruising speed of 13 knots. Gene Machine's maximum range is estimated at 4500 nautical miles. The motor yacht can accommodate 14 guests in 5 cabins with an interior design by Enzo Enea and an exterior design by Tim Heywood.
