The Italian shipyard Baglietto has given an update of the construction of the 55-meter vessel which is part of the yard’s well-known T-Line series. Made with traditional Italian style, she designed by Francesco Paszkowski Design in collaboration with architect Margherita Casprini. Together they made the warm and cosy interior in contemporary style. The hull to be delivered next summer.
The superyacht can accommodate up to 12 guests in six cabins. The main deck has a master suite with a central bed, a secluded office and a walk-in closet. Two guest cabins for the family members located on the same deck as well.
The central lobby hosts a panoramic lift which connects the three decks. The main saloon aft at the entrance offers an in and out area with an elegant space enclosed by a glass window that can be completely opened. The dining area with a central round table completes the main deck layout.
There are two more guest cabins, with the crew area next to the professional galley on the lower deck. One more guest cabin located on the upper deck, which has a multifunctional space furnished with a sofa and two Pullman beds. This area can become a playroom or a massage room as required. Outside, always on the upper deck, you can find a dining table for ten with a bar and relax area located aft.
The sun deck is the huge and welcoming half-shadowed area around 150sqm of fresh air devoted to relaxing and outdoor activities. Guests also can enjoy also a swimming pool and bar or sunbathe with freestanding sunbeds.
The tender and toys located in the foredeck that allows making beach club area of 55sqm of space. It has a bar and an extra area perfect for a gym and spa.
The yacht will be powered by two Caterpillar engines 3516C DITA, which gives her a maximum speed of 17 knots and cruising speed of 12 knots.
The shipyard recently completed an extensive reconstruction project that involved both its manufacturing and commercial facilities. The renovations extend over a more-than-35,000 sq. meter area overlooking the Gulf of the Poets, a strategic area for mega-yacht traffic in the Tyrrhenian Sea. Baglietto currently offers its clients a full range of products and services between 35 meters and 65 meters in length. Columbus Yachts announces the sale of its inaugural 47-meter Crossover vessel, with an esteemed European client set to receive the yacht in 2027. This area transforms into a relaxation oasis complete with a jacuzzi, sunbathing space, and direct access to the sea, enhanced by folding gunwales that expand usable space and provide unobstructed views of the surroundings. The generous sun deck, beautifully sheltered by a substantial hardtop, further illustrates the Crossover 47's adaptability to the desires of its owner and guests.The vessel's exterior is accented with bold, modern contours, showcasing taut surfaces and dynamic shapes, particularly concentrated in the bow area – reminiscent of explorer yachts. Its displacement hull features a bulbous bow and flat, forward sections.In terms of versatility, the cockpit is designed to accommodate both a substantial tender with a built-in crane at the upper deck's aft, as well as a swimming pool complemented by social and relaxation zones.On the main deck, the interiors reveal a spacious lounge capable of seating up to 12, complemented by a pantry and a well-equipped professional galley as the layout extends toward the bow. Below deck, the accommodation offers a total of four cabins – two double and two twin (with twin beds and a pullman bed) – alongside a luxurious master cabin on the main deck that features a central bed, wardrobe, vanity desk, office space, and a double bathroom with a central shower.The upper deck includes a circular outdoor dining table for six, expandable to seat ten, and features an inviting lounge and entertainment area alongside the helm station at the bow. The sun deck is designed for relaxation, featuring ample sunbathing space, a large bar, and a second swimming pool.The crew of nine is accommodated in four double cabins located below deck, with the captain's cabin conveniently situated on the upper deck near the control area.Powering the Columbus Crossover 47 are two Caterpillar C32 engines, each generating 970 kW and allowing for a maximum speed exceeding 15 knots, with a cruising speed of 12 knots. With a range of over 5,000 nautical miles at an economical speed of 10 knots, the yacht features fuel tanks with a capacity of approximately 60 cubic meters. Freshwater needs are met by two desalinators capable of producing around 8.6 cubic meters per day, filling a total freshwater capacity of about 8.5 cubic meters. Additionally, the vessel is equipped with two pairs of stabilizers that function in both underway and zero-speed conditions, ensuring optimal comfort on the water.Columbus Yachts was established in 2008. The renowned Italian design studio Pininfarina has introduced an impressive new superyacht concept named Kairos 80, measuring 80 meters. This remarkable vessel is part of Oceanco’s Simply Custom collection, designed to streamline the commissioning process by utilizing a proven naval platform developed by Lateral Naval Architects.Originally adapted from a previous 90-meter collaboration between Pininfarina and Oceanco in 2021, Kairos 80 presents a visually striking exterior with sharp, angular lines, creating a unique silhouette on the water. Designer Daniele Mazzon describes the concept as “a peaceful oasis in which to relax and enjoy time on your own terms.”A standout feature of Kairos 80 is its “360-degree” design philosophy, which aims to foster a connection with the ocean below, the sky above, and the companions onboard.
