After extensive sea trials in the Baltic sea and final interior outfitting back at the yard, the 111-metre superyacht TIS by German builder Lürssen has now been delivered.
The six-deck superyacht has departed the yard and is underway to the Mediterranean, due to arrive in Gibraltar on June 17. She had first hit the water at the yard's Rendsburg facility in August 2018 while her technical launch took place in October 2018.
The 111-metre project was managed by Moran Yacht & Ship, overseeing exteriors and interiors by British studio Winch Design. TIS features a curved superstructure contrasting with the straight lines of her decks.

The yard stated earlier that with her 'long and well balanced sheerline', the yacht represents 'a supremely elegant yacht, despite the considerable size'.
Within a wide beam of 16.85 metres, the voluminous yacht would allow both relaxation indoors and large parties outdoors. She will provide accommodation for up to 16 guests across eight guest staterooms and a spacious master suite on a private deck. Key features on board include sweeping superyacht staircases at the transom, setting the tone for a sophisticated interior design.

TIS comes complete with a 12-metre swimming pool on the main deck aft, two helicopter pads and a resort-inspired spa area at beach club level. The tender storage will house two 13-metre tenders, two additional 10-metre tenders, a submarine and diverse watersports toys.
All in all, with her 111-metre LOA, TIS would not even enter a list of the 10 largest vessels by the legendary builder, that is currently busy with 142-metre superyacht Redwood.
