The elegant and modern composite displacement boat Motopanfilo 37M is a yacht suspended in time, an example of classicism projected into the future. Her roots are in the design of the Benetti motoryachts of the 60s. The first hull named Koju was presented during this year's Cannes Yachting Festival.
Francesco Struglia, in collaboration with Benetti, designed the external lines, taking up the shapes and style of the past, while joining the hull and superstructure in a single harmonious shell. The profile, characterized by neat and clean cuts, has been elongated and refined with austere shapes.

The design of these boats was extremely clean and linear, without overdecoration. The hull and superstructure were conceived as a single volume, linked together by one or two perfectly coplanar style powers; the extended lines drew an elongated profile and closed with the classic round stern, making it an integral part of the boat.
The interiors were warm and welcoming, characterized by the abundance of wood used for both the structures and the furniture, white sofas and touches of blue that, over time, have given life to an identifying style.
The Lazzarini and Pickering studio designed the interiors, also inspired by the nautical tradition of the 60s, with modern technical and stylistic solutions. Loro Piana Interiors completely covered the interiors and parts of the exteriors, which are characterized by timeless elegance and furnished with classic summer and sea materials, first of all linen, in shades of white, blue and malachite.
For this extraordinary project, Benetti and Loro Piana Interiors have created an important partnership which results in the complete setting up, by the Maison, of the interiors and part of the exteriors of the yacht. The 37M Motopanfilo is therefore dressed in materials and fabrics of timeless elegance, also linked to an approach to life and design typical of that time.
But the Motopanfilo 37M is not the restyling of a successful yacht, but an all-round "today" project that finds inspiration in the past to project itself into the future, bringing with it an approach to life and design typical of a certain period, as well as some remembrance marks drawn from Benetti's cultural heritage.

Koju can accommodate ten guests on board, including an owner’s suite at the bow of the main deck and a further four guest cabins on the lower deck.
In terms of performances Koju has a top speed of 16 knots, and a transatlantic range of 3,800 nautical miles at 10 knots.

Columbus Yachts announces the sale of its inaugural 47-meter Crossover vessel, with an esteemed European client set to receive the yacht in 2027. This groundbreaking model seamlessly fuses contemporary design with practicality, creating a luxurious yet functional maritime experience.The Columbus Crossover 47 boasts a robust construction of steel and aluminum superstructures, measuring a maximum beam of 8.60 meters and a draft of 3 meters. Renowned design firm Hydro Tec has crafted the yacht's striking exterior lines, collaborating closely with the shipyard for naval engineering, while the interiors are the imaginative work of Hot Lab.This yacht is built on a successful naval platform and has already inspired another 42-meter model currently under construction. The Crossover 47 exemplifies versatility and functionality, designed to optimize onboard comfort and enhance every area.Starting from the stern, the boat features a spacious platform that can accommodate a tender weighing up to 3,000 kg. This area transforms into a relaxation oasis complete with a jacuzzi, sunbathing space, and direct access to the sea, enhanced by folding gunwales that expand usable space and provide unobstructed views of the surroundings. The generous sun deck, beautifully sheltered by a substantial hardtop, further illustrates the Crossover 47's adaptability to the desires of its owner and guests.The vessel's exterior is accented with bold, modern contours, showcasing taut surfaces and dynamic shapes, particularly concentrated in the bow area – reminiscent of explorer yachts. Its displacement hull features a bulbous bow and flat, forward sections.In terms of versatility, the cockpit is designed to accommodate both a substantial tender with a built-in crane at the upper deck's aft, as well as a swimming pool complemented by social and relaxation zones.On the main deck, the interiors reveal a spacious lounge capable of seating up to 12, complemented by a pantry and a well-equipped professional galley as the layout extends toward the bow. Below deck, the accommodation offers a total of four cabins – two double and two twin (with twin beds and a pullman bed) – alongside a luxurious master cabin on the main deck that features a central bed, wardrobe, vanity desk, office space, and a double bathroom with a central shower.The upper deck includes a circular outdoor dining table for six, expandable to seat ten, and features an inviting lounge and entertainment area alongside the helm station at the bow. The renowned Italian design studio Pininfarina has introduced an impressive new superyacht concept named Kairos 80, measuring 80 meters. This remarkable vessel is part of Oceanco’s Simply Custom collection, designed to streamline the commissioning process by utilizing a proven naval platform developed by Lateral Naval Architects.Originally adapted from a previous 90-meter collaboration between Pininfarina and Oceanco in 2021, Kairos 80 presents a visually striking exterior with sharp, angular lines, creating a unique silhouette on the water. Designer Daniele Mazzon describes the concept as “a peaceful oasis in which to relax and enjoy time on your own terms.”A standout feature of Kairos 80 is its “360-degree” design philosophy, which aims to foster a connection with the ocean below, the sky above, and the companions onboard.
