The new Ravenna slipway makes its official debut with a high-profile launch: Ferretti Yachts Infynito 90 M/Y Love.
The fourth unit of the maxi flybridge yacht entered the water on June 4 at Ferretti Group’s new Ravenna shipyard and will be delivered to a Slovenian owner, who took part in the ceremony with his family.
“The new slipway gives us a remarkable preview today of all the beautiful days we can look forward to in the coming years at this shipyard, where Ferretti Yachts’ Infynito range and the Wally sailing and motor yacht ranges will be built. This is just the start of something beautiful in Ravenna, something that promises to keep on giving for years to come,” commented Alberto Galassi, Ferretti Group CEO.
The Ravenna production site was acquired by Ferretti Group in March 2023 and the first production lines were started up back in December last year. Five Ferretti Yachts and Wally brand boats are currently under construction by a daily workforce of 200 employees.
The shipyard, which will cover a surface area of 100,000 square meters, will be fully operational in the first half of 2025.
Ferretti Yachts Infynito 90 is designed to make the owner feel at home in the intimacy of efficient and functional spaces created to experience the sea in total harmony. The yacht’s many strengths include the standout relationship between interiors and exteriors, featuring breathtaking 360-degree vistas.
With a length overall of 26.97 meters and a maximum beam of 7.33 meters, Love is the result of collaboration between the Product Strategy Committee led by Piero Ferrari and the Ferretti Group Engineering Department, with exterior design by architect Filippo Salvetti and interiors by Ideaeitalia.
The yacht has over 100 square meters of open-air lifestyle and convivial areas, plus 140 square meters of interior spaces, including a particularly generous main deck and skylounge.
Love offers one of this range’s ‘infinite’ possible configurations. The interior design mood chosen in this case is Contemporary, inspired by the fresh color tones of the sea.
The main deck expresses one of the main concepts underpinning the project: continuity between exteriors and interiors. The configuration of this fourth unit has the master cabin – complete with en suite bathroom – forward on the main deck, with a generous glazed surface that looks out directly over the All-Season Terrace.
The distinctive feature of this new concept vessel is the All-Season Terrace, which is sheltered by an extension to the superstructure for greater protection and privacy and provides a comfortable private area furnished with a comfy sun sofa and a table.
The lower deck has four guest cabins. The crew area amidships can be entered privately from the walkway on the port side and contains two separate cabins sleeping three.
Fitted with a pair of MAN V12 – 1550 mhp engines, Love can reach a top speed of 20 knots and has a cruising speed of 15 knots.
The Ferretti Group, led by Chief Executive Officer Alberto Galassi, is now one of the world’s leaders in the construction and sale of luxury yachts and pleasure vessels, with a unique portfolio of brands: Ferretti Yachts, Riva, Pershing, Itama, Mochi Craft, CRN, Custom Line and Wally.
