The 49.98m superyacht Project Aquamarine from dutch builder Heesen is the first in the Aluminium 5000 class. The boat features the stylish architecture of the shipyard, which is recognized as a world leader in aluminium yacht construction, in-house team in collaboration with Van Oossanen Naval Architects.
The delivery of Project Aquamarine is announced to be in January 2021, and now the superyacht got the outfitting stage.
Frank Laupman from Omega Architects said about the boat:
Aquamarine fits into the Heesen heritage of producing sporty boats, but the whole design language is a little bit more distinct
He added, that a raised aft-deck of the model features a full-height beach club that directly connects to a flush swim platform level, harmoniously combining with the "integrated hull and body design".
The interiors are created by Cristiano Gatto (Cristiano Gatto Design Team) and have a Japanese-inspired theme and offer accommodation up to 12 guests over 5 en-suite cabins. Cristiano Gatto comments:

Project Aquamarine offers accommodation for a total of 12 guests in luxury and comfortable rooms, including owner’s stateroom, two double guest suites and two twin guest suites. The vessel is also capable of carrying 9 crew members onboard.
Aquamarine’s sophisticated interior design features a calming colour palette, which goes perfectly with her textures and geometric patterns.
Large windows of the boat can provide not only breathtaking views but also an uninterrupted sense of freedom that represents the spirit of the yacht.
Aquamarine is promised to be the world’s first fast-cruising yacht below 500GT to be IMO Tier III compliant.
