Alberto Galassi, CEO of Ferretti Group, expressed his delight, stating, “In Venice, in the Gran Teatro La Fenice, only wonderful things can happen. We wanted to offer our friends an event of the same beauty as our boats and Ferretti Group’s incredible 2023.” He extended heartfelt gratitude to Elton John for the unforgettable performance that added a magical touch to the evening.
The concert not only showcased Elton John's brilliance but also served a noble cause. Proceeds from the event supported Save Venice, a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the artistic heritage of Venice, and the Teatro La Fenice Foundation, a cause Ferretti Group has been supporting since 2021.
Ferretti Group further demonstrated its commitment to philanthropy during the event by announcing the sale of the Riva Anniversario, a magnificent vessel auctioned to commemorate Riva's 180th anniversary. The entire proceeds from the sale will contribute to supporting children in El Salvador through the 7: the David Beckham UNICEF Fund.
Following the concert, guests were treated to an exquisite haute cuisine tasting at the Teatro La Fenice’s Sale Apollinee by Massimo Bottura, the Chef patron of the three-star Michelin Osteria Francescana.
