Calex, the 67-meter Benetti full custom yacht launched in February 2022 will be presented to the public at the US boat show. Tailor-made for a Californian owner will make her world debut and will be available for the public. With a steel hull and an aluminum superstructure, Calex testifies to the shipyard’s ability to build superyachts that perfectly reflect their owner’s personality.
Cassetta Yacht Designers, the firm that penned the sleek, modern exterior styling, and the Benetti Style Department, which designed the interiors, worked together to create a yacht that offers the owner an abundance of indoor and outdoor spaces dedicated to wellbeing and convivial living in absolute privacy.
The distinctive features of Calex include a 160 sqm plus upper deck reserved for the owner, complete with a totally private outdoor lounge area hidden from the view of people on the decks above. Another notable feature is the sun deck fitted out with gym equipment and a hot tub.
The engine room on Calex is Benetti’s first on a full custom yacht this size to fully comply with TIER III regulations thanks to a scrubbing system for the exhaust gasses from both the propulsion and generating systems.
The Palm Beach International Boat Show will be held in Florida from March 23 to 26.
