High Occupancy

High Occupancy is a 50 m / 164′1″ luxury motor yacht. She was built by Oceanfast in 1989. With a beam of 9.3 m and a draft of 1.6 m, she has an aluminium hull and aluminium superstructure. This adds up to a gross tonnage of 496 tons. She is powered by MTU engines giving her a maximum speed of 20 knots and a cruising speed of 16 knots. High Occupancy's maximum range is estimated at 3400 nautical miles. The motor yacht can accommodate 14 guests in 6 cabins with an interior design by Stephen Mallory and an exterior design by Jon Bannenberg.
