The Sunseeker Ocean 182 will make its global debuts at the Newport International Boat Show 2023, held from 14 to 17 September 2023. Before that Sunseeker launches a campaign 'Space to do what you love', that seeks to promote the generous volume on board the new Ocean 182.
'Space to do what you love' introduces four lifestyles detailing the unique pursuits and motivations a future Ocean 182 owner may possess. The campaign highlights the deliberate design considerations that ensure a flawless owner experience without compromise, no matter what the owner's intended use of their yacht will be.
"What we want to convey to potential buyers is the sheer amount of interior space available on board the new Ocean 182. The central masterpiece of this new model is the main deck layout. With views from bow to stern without interruption from the inside, the Ocean 182 truly goes above and beyond a conventional 90-footer. The main and upper deck spaces promise owners the flexibility to do what they love with the people who matter most," explains Sean Robertson, Sales and Marketing Director at Sunseeker International.
Ocean 182 boasts floor-to-ceiling sliding doors on the starboard side and complementary windows on the port side, providing uninterrupted vistas from bow to stern. The distinctive spiral staircase, characterized by minimalist stair treads, further enhances the unobstructed views from within.
The upper deck can be transformed with retractable sliding doors, offering the option of a third indoor living space or an open al-fresco balcony. A unique feature for Sunseeker, the upper deck hosts the sole helm console. Adjacent to the helm, an L-shaped bar offers convenient service for both crew and owner, complete with refrigeration, an ice maker, and a wash basin.
The fully equipped beach club features a hydraulically lifting platform, retractable passerelle, shower, and a BBQ grill.
“The Ocean 182 will embark on a tour of the East Coast, commencing at the Newport International Boat Show in Rhode Island this September. As the largest yacht at this year’s show, we are excited to showcase a new style of Sunseeker that has been designed with the North American market in mind. The main and upper deck spaces provide a beautiful living space for socializing in comfort,” says Sean Robertson, Sunseeker USA Sales Co. Inc. President.
