Sarp Yachts has successfully launched the second hull in its XSR series, a sleek vessel set to join its counterpart, the Edge, upon delivery. Designed by Red Yacht Design, the XSR features a cutting-edge Fast Displacement Hull Form (FDHF) from Van Oossanen Naval Architects, ensuring optimal efficiency across various speeds.
One of the notable attributes of the XSR is its integration of solar panels, allowing for silent operations and supporting the yacht's hotel load. Extensive glass incorporated into the hull and superstructure contributes to an open, seamless layout, seamlessly connecting the interior and exterior spaces.
Accommodating eight guests in four cabins, along with a dedicated crew of four, the XSR boasts a full-beam owner's cabin with his and hers walk-in closets and a spacious en suite. Additionally, a full-beam VIP cabin features a walk-in closet and a convertible bathroom that can transform into a television lounge. The interior styling managed by Art Line.
On the deck, the flybridge encompasses a helm station, seating area, and a compact bar. A full-beam set of stairs leads to the hydraulic swim platform, complete with sun loungers for relaxation.
The XSR is equipped with an advanced hybrid propulsion system, featuring two 800hp MAN engines, two 70-kilowatt generators, and two 50-kilowatt electric motors supported by a battery bank.
Sarp Yachts was founded in Antalya Turkey and is owned by the Kanatlı family.
