70,2-metre superyacht launched by Lurssen in 2007 is not listed for sale anymore, though without official sale announcement. Originally christened Martha Ann, the yacht is now renamed Horizons III, inducing an assumption that the yacht has been sold.

Originally built for American entrepreneur Warren E Halle, Horizons III was the latest in the series of three yachts commissioned by E Halle from Lurssen, all with exteriors by Espen Oeino and interiors by Zuretti.
It is worth mentioning, that another two – 70-metre Saint Nicolas and 67-metre Titania – were later sold, in 2006 and 2008 accordingly. That represented the golden era of yacht flipping when developers would commission a yacht with the intent of selling it immediately after or even before launch.

Horizons III is a yacht of a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, undergone several refits (the latest in 2016). She is classified by Lloyds and MCA compliant. Her 6 cabin-layout allows 12-guest accommodation within a full beam master suite, a VIP on the upper deck and four double cabins on the lower deck.
From a technical perspective, Horizons III is powered by twin Caterpillar engines of 2,010 HP each contributing to a maximum speed of 15,5 knots and cruising speed of 13 knots at a range of 6,000 nautical miles. For maximum comfort, the yacht is fitted with zero speed stabilizers.

The vessel was asking $79,000,000 with Burgess. The latter has not commented on the situation so far.
As to the German yard, the company is now busy with more grand-scale work, having recently delivered 136m superyacht Flying Fox for a serial owner.
