Heesen announces a significant milestone in the construction of the 57-meter full custom yacht, YN 20857, codenamed Project Setteesettanta, with the official keel laying taking place on December 14 at the Oss shipyard in the presence of the Lloyds Register surveyor.

The owners, seasoned yacht enthusiasts, joined the celebration, marking the occasion by welding the traditional “good luck coin” to section two of their new yacht.
Designed by Omega Architects externally and Cristiano Gatto Design internally, the yacht boasts a Fast Displacement Hull Form, reaching a top speed of 18 knots. Notable features include four decks, an owner’s deck with a vast forward terrace and touch-and-go helipad, and an internal volume of 920 GT, accommodating 12 guests in six staterooms and a crew of 13.

Niels Vaessen, Heesen's CEO, remarked, "Project Setteesettanta is quintessentially Heesen. A full-custom, 57-meter motor yacht cannot be anything other than perfect, and there isn’t a shipyard in the world with a better knowledge of the techniques and disciplines needed to reach these heights."

Cristiano Gatto, entrusted with the interior design, expressed excitement about his role as the client's representative, stating, "I envision this project as a pioneering venture, a realm where our studio passionately engages in both interior design and as the Owner's Representative."

Project Setteesettanta is distinctive for having the bridge on the fourth deck, a first for Heesen. The yacht maintains Heesen's sleek appearance with a light mast by Frank Laupman and flat Star Link comm panels. The upper deck is exclusively reserved for the owners, featuring a large master stateroom with 180-degree views, a private forward terrace, and an enclosed mooring deck for enhanced privacy.
The delivery is anticipated in 2026.
