CdM is pleased to announce the sale of Deep Blue 43, a new fully custom 43-meter explorer designed by Horacio Bozzo Design.
With the sale of Deep Blue 43, another custom explorer joins the robust Order Book of Cantiere delle Marche. The contract signed last December but the final details of the project have defined in recent weeks. Recently CdM has launched 42-meters hull Audace and last year the shipyard sold explorer project 40,2 meters. The Deep Blue 43 yacht is already under construction and its delivery is scheduled for 2021.
A pure custom, Deep Blue 43 benefits, like all CdM yachts, from the experience and approach of the shipyard which has proven to satisfy the most demanding customers. Deep Blue 43 has ordered by a very experienced owner who has owned yachts built by the most renowned shipyards in the world, Feadship, Lurssen and Blohm and Voss.
"I am delighted and proud with this milestone sale,” Vasco Buonpensiere, CdM’s co-founder and Sales & Marketing Director, says.
The relationship of trust that has established between this client and the CdM team is of crucial importance for the success of a complex project such as that of Deep Blue 43.
The work on technical specifications has been extremely detailed and it lasted almost 12 months to achieve a double result: to build a 43-meter yacht with the most detailed and comprehensive specs we have ever drawn up and to proceed with no need of modifications as construction progresses (unless unforeseen Owner's needs should arise as the construction goes along),” Vasco Buonpensiere maintains.
Deep Blue 43 inaugurates a new CdM collaboration with a world-renowned yacht designer: the external lines are in fact the work of the creativity of Horacio Bozzo Design.
“The aim of our design work is the pleasure of seeing the Owner’s desires taking shape and recognizing himself in it,” says Horacio Bozzo.
Lines, surfaces, and volumes make up a harmonious geometry while the spacious hull accommodates spacious and luxurious convivial and private areas for guests and for the crew. The guest areas spread over three decks plus a sun deck. Deep Blue 43 has a very functional layout that accommodates twelve guests in six comfortable suites, four on the main deck and two on the lower deck. A beautiful lounge on the main deck and a super panoramic sky lounge allow guests to relax in comfortable and bright rooms. The cockpit of the main deck offers plenty of space, comfortable sofas, sundecks, and a nice pool. The owner intends to sail for a long time and to distant destinations and wishes that the family, the guests but also his crew have at their disposal comfortable and well-equipped environments.
Deep Blue 43 has a full displacement hull naval architecture by Sergio Cutolo / Hydro Tec with a gross tonnage of 440GT that will guarantee comfortable navigation even in adverse weather and sea conditions. The engineering has developed by the CdM Technical Office in collaboration with Hydro Tec.
With a total length of 42.9 meters and a maximum beam of 8.60 meters, with very large fuel tanks and very low fuel consumption, Deep Blue 43 will have an extraordinary range.
