The Italian shipyard Benetti launched two superyachts in Viareggio.
The Benfti Delfino 95 series, BD106, a 29-meter composite superyacht was previously sold to the Cypriot owner and designed by Giorgio M Cassetta.

The yacht has been described as "sophisticated and elegant" with "vast glazed surfaces." The interior uses natural materials, including wood and marble, for a "warm environment."
Accommodation on board is designed for 10 guests in five cabins, including the owner’s cabin on the main deck, which is located in the bow and is equipped with a double bathroom with a marble shower. The remaining guest rooms of the four double cabins are located on the lower deck. At the same time, a total of five people in three cabins are reserved in the bow area.
Happy Me, a German-owned yacht with a displacement of 40.2 meters, has exteriors by Stefano Righini and interiors by François Zuretti.

Accommodation on board is designed for 10 guests in the owner’s cabin on the main deck and two VIP and double cabins for guests on the lower deck. The crew on the bow is seven in four cabins, and the captain’s cabin is on the upper deck.
Power is provided by two 12 V MTU engines for a maximum speed of 14.5 knots and a cruising speed of 11 knots for a range of 3200 nautical miles.
