Benetti has recently announced the launch of their latest 34.4-meter yacht, Opus, from their shipyard in Viareggio, Italy. Opus is the sixth unit to be launched from the Oasis 34M line within the span of two years.
The yacht's exteriors were designed by the British studio RWD, while the interiors were created by New York-based architecture studio Bonetti and Kozerski, as part of their ongoing collaboration for the Oasis 34M series. Opus stands out with her metallic grey hull and superstructure, complemented by a "Shark Grey" finish on the main and upper decks.
Opus offers accommodation for 10 guests across five cabins, along with space for a crew of seven.
The interiors have been customized to suit the owner's personal style, although specific details have not been disclosed yet.
One of the distinctive features of Opus is the Oasis Deck, a trademark of the series, which replaces the traditional beach club with a tiered, open-air sun lounge. This design aims to transform the area into a "vast convivial oasis," incorporating a fold-out wing design, an integrated glass-front dip pool, and an unobstructed 270-degree view off the stern, even visible from the main deck saloon.
The yacht's design includes a vertical bow to enhance hull efficiency, and she is equipped with twin MTU engines, enabling a cruising speed of 14.5 knots and a top speed of 16 knots.
Founded in 1873, Benetti is the oldest Italian shipyard specializing in luxury yachts. They design, build and sell composite vessels from 29 to 44m and steel and aluminum boats from 37 to over 100m. Their fleet consists of five categories: Class, Oasis, B.Yond, B.Now and Custom, to meet all the needs of the market, and they belong to the Azimut|Benetti Group, the largest privately owned luxury yachting group in the world.
