Baglietto's 40m yacht DOM 133 by Stefano Vafiadis and Baglietto is on track to be delivered in April 2022. The 39.95-metre yacht is in the outfitting shed with a completed hull and superstructure. The DOM line has two models – DOM 123 and DOM 133. The first DOM 123 Run Away was launched this summer and is expected to be delivered to the owner in the near future.
The DOM 133 will travel with hybrid propulsion system that contains traditional diesel engines, e-motors and batteries. The yacht’s range when cruising in diesel-electric mode can reach up 7,500 nm and offer up to 10 additional hours on anchor powered batteries.
She will be able to reach up to 17 knots thanks to twin CAT C32 engines.
Guests can stay connected to all decks thanks to the inbuilt elevator. Making the most of the 8.7-metre beam is the detailed interior layout that includes a 70-square-metre sun deck with hot tub and wet bar, a two-level beach club with swimming pool and a main saloon completed by full-height windows.
In the shipyard own words: “Respect for and vicinity to the sea are the core principles of the shipyard’s design philosophy, which has led to the creation of the E-Prop line, the line of hybrid yachts. These yachts are conceived and designed to be able to cruise freely or remain at anchor at zero emissions, to protect nature and enjoy it at its fullest."
