Sirena Yachts has unveiled the latest addition to its esteemed lineup: the Sirena 48 Hybrid Coupe. This innovative vessel builds upon the successful Sirena 48 model while introducing a hybrid powertrain tailored for eco-conscious cruising enthusiasts. The Sirena 48 Hybrid Coupe promises not only a striking aesthetic but also a pioneering silent operation that eliminates emissions, aligning with contemporary environmental values.
This new hybrid variant retains the classic elements that fans of the Sirena brand have come to love, including its sleek plumb bow and panoramic glass windows. However, the Coupe design features a redesigned superstructure that boasts a sporty stance and low profile, enhancing both elegance and aerodynamics.
Main saloon
At the heart of the Sirena 48 Hybrid Coupe is its commitment to silent cruising. Equipped with dual 213kW E-Motion motors, this yacht expertly handles a variety of conditions, ensuring smooth and precise maneuverability in close quarters. The sophisticated power management system integrates a substantial battery bank, starting with two 39.1kWh lithium-ion packs that can be expanded to 156.4kWh. This advanced hybrid system offers an impressive up to 24 nautical miles of quiet range, and when combined with its generators, the yacht achieves a formidable cruising range of 360 nautical miles.
Master cabin
Top speeds reach 14 knots, although a more relaxed cruising speed of 6.5 knots utilizes a mere 35kW, making it feasible to navigate to favorite anchorages solely on battery power. Sirena CEO Cagin Genc emphasizes the yacht's ability to create an intimate relationship with nature: “The Sirena 48 Hybrid Coupe operates in silence, with only the sound of water against the hull.”
Solar energy is seamlessly incorporated into this vessel, as the Coupe’s curved roof features integrated solar panels capable of generating 4.2kW. These panels can recharge the batteries throughout the day, significantly extending the yacht's silent operating period.
VIP cabin
Comfort is not sacrificed in this efficient hybrid. The spacious interior mirrors that of the Sirena 48, featuring an expansive owner’s cabin, a VIP cabin, and flexible guest accommodation. The main deck’s sunlit saloon offers a stylish galley and dining area, ideal for gathering with family or friends.
The broad bathing platform allows for versatile usage, whether for swimming, launching water toys, or simply soaking up the sun. Additional layout options provide customizable configurations, perfect for the owner’s particular needs, whether that means creating extra relaxation spaces or accommodating crew.
With a draft of just 1.16 meters and a well-considered design, the Sirena 48 Hybrid Coupe promises to redefine yachting experiences in shallow waters and inland waterways. Genc concludes, “This innovative 48-foot family cruiser combines sharp styling, a flexible layout, and hybrid efficiencies, making it an unparalleled offering in today’s market.”
