Dutch shipyard Feadship has unveiled its latest superyacht concept, the Bahamas Cruiser, at the Palm Beach International Boat Show. Designed in collaboration with De Voogt Naval Architects and FM Architettura, this sleek aluminum vessel measures 36.5-meter and is built for "short breaks and coastal cruising". The name is a nod to the West Atlantic archipelago, but the yacht would be equally at home cruising the Mediterranean, the French Riviera, or beyond.

She is designed with sustainability in mind, featuring eco-focused technology and the ability to run on biofuel to drastically reduce emissions. The yacht's neutral and soothing interior color palette is enhanced by the abundance of natural light that floods the living quarters, thanks to its full-height windows and eight-foot-high ceilings.
The Bahamas Cruiser's indoor-outdoor living layout includes an open-air terrace on the main deck and fold-out terraces for extra space. The aft deck is equipped with sun pads surrounding a glass-fronted hot tub, while steps lead to the swim platform. The oversized sundeck offers even more lounging space, while the foredeck doubles as a garage for a tender and additional seating area.

Accommodation is provided across four cabins, with the owner's suite situated on the main deck complete with a spacious en suite and a private lounging area. The lower deck features four spacious staterooms, two of which can become VIP suites if desired.
The Bahamas Cruiser is designed to appeal to "young and old, new and experienced owners," with a smart layout and clean-cut lines. Its sustainable design features a proposal for a teak alternative made from "reconstituted stone and powdered marble mixed with resin."

Feadship has been busy with both new builds and refits, revamping world cruiser Callisto last year and revealing the 85-meter Slice superyacht concept with a cutting-edge glass exterior. The yard recently gave the world a sneak peek at a 67-meter called Project 823, designed and built for an experienced owner. With its sleek lines, sustainable features, and luxurious living quarters, the Bahamas Cruiser is sure to turn heads as it sails the high seas.
Feadship was formed as a group in 1949 as a marketing partnership between six Dutch shipyards, de Vries Lentch, Van de Stadt, Witsen & Vis, Akerboom, De Vries Scheepsbouw and Van Lent Shipyard, and De Voogt Naval Architects. Feadship is well-known as one of the Netherlands’ most elite yacht builders and delivers superyachts from 50–100+ meters in length.
