Heesen has shared extra images of 51m superyacht MySky taken by Morgan Maassen and Will Adler in Alaska one year ago.

The award-winning vessel achieves a range of 5,400 nautical miles at 10 knots and with a gross tonnage of 600 GT is capable of reaching a maximum speed of 15.6 knots.

MySky features exterior design by Frank Laupman of Omega Architects with flush-mounted tinted windows thermo-bonded to the superstructure creating a continuous wall of glass that gives this vessel a highly distinctive look. The interior was styled by owner-appointed Erick van Egeraat who has produced a modern, tasteful and sophisticated look for the yacht. On the main deck, one can find a clever use of natural light, reflection and glass that creates a large main salon set to the tune of round shapes and a modern white color scheme mixing perfectly with dark wood finishes. Further ahead, an elegant, smart, private dining area that flows with the general theme of rounded shapes one can find throughout the yacht.

Passing through the dining area, one makes his way to the luxurious foyer past a custom made wall that seems to blend into modern art finishes. The square lighting one can then find above his head, along with the structure of the foyer, contrasts with the rest of the yacht with its square like shape, providing easy access across all decks.

Heesen has also shared the pictures of 47m Elena in Montenegro. ‪ProjectRuya‬ - Elena's sistership - is currently under construction at the Dutch shipyard's facility in Oss and is due for delivery in 2017.

Onda Tenders Delivers Its First 371GT Model
Greek-based Onda Tenders has delivered the new fully customisable chase boat following its debut at the Monaco Yacht Show.“We had requests for a larger version of the 331GT, which we launched a couple of years ago,” says George Riginos, CEO of Onda Tenders. “The smaller boat was quite beamy for its length, so it was quite a simple task to extend the hull to provide more onboard space and the 371GT has since replaced the original model.”Whether designed to offer sunbathing space or to maximise seating capacity, the generous beam coupled with high bulwarks make the GT a comfortable and practical boat to be used both as a day cruiser or chase tender. The hull is built of vinylester GRP, but the hard top that offers protection from the sun is of multi-axial carbon fibre for strength combined with low weight. The new model is fitted with twin Oxe 300hp outboards, the world’s first high-performance diesel outboard engines (although clients can choose their preferred propulsion system, inboard or outboard). In this case, the owner has a 56m Turquoise superyacht and wanted to be able to tow the chase boat behind the mothership as well as refuel from its diesel tanks.“Moreover, they were looking for an extra crew berth on the tender when in full charter mode, which ruled out inboard engines that would have taken up too much room,” adds George Riginos. “With the Oxe outboards we were able to design the aft sunbed so that it lifts up to reveal a crew berth underneath with headroom of 1.7 metres, so it doesn’t feel claustrophobic.”The 371GT is currently the largest model in the Onda fleet, but it is also working on a 14m hull and other custom projects.Onda shipyard was established in 1962 and is a leading Greek shipyard specialising in fast, luxurious motor yachts.Credits: Onda Tenders
