The 50m Heesen’s Home is listed for sale jointly by Christie Yachts and Burgess. The yacht was launched in 2017, she became the first yacht to combine Van Oossanen's super-efficient FDHF hull design with hybrid propulsion.
She can draw on two sources of power for propulsion: diesel mechanical and diesel electrical. Either or both sources can be used at the same time. This provides less noise and vibration, a more flexible power management which means better efficiency. Home has a lightweight aluminium hull form that offers superlative performance and efficiency in a luxurious design package of under 500GT. The exterior of the yacht is designed by Omega Architects.
The interior was made by Cristiano Gatto. Cristiano and his team have chosen natural materials with minimal artificial treatments and taken full advantage of the full-height glass windows. She provides a relaxed and welcoming beach club ambience with ample connection to the outside environment. She can accommodate up to 12 guests in six cabins.
She features a roomy sun deck, a hot tub aft and a stylish sit up bar with designer lounge shaded by the hardtop in the middle, the spacious main deck, relaxed lounging aft. Home is powered by MTU engines of 805 hp each giving her a maximum speed of 16.30 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots. The yachts maximum range is estimated at 3750 nautical miles.
Her asking price is EUR 29,500,000.
