Riva has launched the first hull of its newest flagship, 40-meter Riva 130’ Bellissima yacht, in La Spezia. The tri-deck yacht became the largest model in the flybridge range. The Riva 130’ Bellissima yacht with the first planing flybridge in the range remains under 300 GT.
The new 130’ Bellissima was penned by Mauro Micheli, co-founder of Officina Italiana Design. Mr Micheli and Officina Italiana Designs worked in close partnership with the Strategic Product Committee led by Piero Ferrari and the Ferretti Group Engineering Department.
She can accommodate up to 10 guests between five cabins, including the owner's area divided into a lounge, a large sun pad, and four staterooms on the lower deck. She features a new concept for the stern area, which sits close to the water, and is divided into a generous beach club and spacious cockpit which together span over 60 sq. m. The sundeck and the foredeck provide plenty of spaces for the alfresco. Yacht’s main saloon is surrounded by glass and light, with an unimpeded 270-degree view and ceilings over 2 meters high.
“Riva Bellissima is a superlative boat, in both name and fact. As the new flagship in the flybridge range, she has all my admiration and enthusiasm,” said Alberto Galassi, Ferretti Group CEO.
The yacht is equipped with twin MTU engines rated 2,638 mph each, and can reach a maximum speed of 26 knots and a cruise at 23 knots.
Riva 130’ Bellissima is going to sea trials, after that she will be delivered to an American owner.
