Sunseeker International has unveiled two new models during Cannes Yachting Festival – the 24.83-meter Ocean 156 and 27.11-meter Ocean 182. Both will join shipyards Ocean family of yachts.

Ocean 156

The Ocean 156 named after its gross tonnage, the yacht boasts a much larger feeling of space than other yachts of its size. With a completely enclosed upper deck and single helm station, the Ocean 156 leaves ample space on board for multi-purpose use, thanks to maximized internal volume and gross tonnage, especially in her seamless, extended saloon and upper deck area. The upper deck area has similarities to a Portuguese deck with more space, allowing usable, social areas for seating, sun pads and spa tub options. Design layouts are completely customisable enabling owners to personalize to their own style and practical needs.

She features the main deck saloon with a 360˚panoramic vista owed to the full height and vertical glazing surround, dining aft with bar area forward for an open plan set up. Another option for those who favor more privacy, with crew on board, is a central galley layout with options to enclose at varying levels, separating guests and crew.

The Ocean 156 accommodates eight guests. A master stateroom can be located on the main deck to benefit owners from the impressive views and foredeck access outside. On the other hand, on the lower deck, the full beam master aft features ample storage, a vanity desk and connecting en-suite with twin basins. In a standard configuration, the lower accommodation comprises a forward VIP and two guest cabins with an optional sliding berth cabin.

The yacht is powered by Volvo D13 IPS 1350 and can reach speeds of up to 23 knots.

“Our teams have once again managed to achieve a luxury superyacht feel with all the practicalities of a smaller model on board the beautiful new Ocean 156, and we’ve really worked hard to maximize space on board. The design options are endless, and we’re really excited to bring what promises to be a popular model to market,” says Andrea Frabetti, CEO at Sunseeker International.

Ocean 182

The Ocean 182 has a uniquely-shaped enclosed flybridge, which is made almost entirely of glazing. The open-planned main deck saloon features multiple seating configurations and is very spacious, thanks to the helm station, which has been moved to a single helm on the flybridge. The galley has been placed forward, and accompanied by a comfortable dining area.

The Ocean 182 features floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, a bar on the flybridge, and an al-fresco balcony. The generous six to four meters beach club is completed with Sunseeker's X-TEND sun lounger system. The garage door has a lot of space for the water toys, such as two SeaBobs.

The Ocean 182 can accommodate up to 10 guests and four crew. Thanks to twin MTU engines she can reach a top speed of 27 knots and cruise at 12 knots.

“We are delighted to bring yet another new model to market. The Ocean 182 combines the beauty of elegant Sunseeker design and craftsmanship with practicality and liveability for owners,” comments Andrea Frabetti.
