About Loaloat Al-Behar

Built by the Italian Picchioti yard (Perini Navi Group), to serve as the royal yacht of Oman before being shelved by Al-Said who has overtaken this function. She is now being operated by the Ministry of tourism following a multi-million dollar refit in Dubai, for corporate events.Powered by twin diesel GM engines of 4,200 hp each, the yacht can reach a maximum speed of 18 knots and cruise at 16 knots. Loaloat Al-Behar has a beam of 16.2m and a draft of 5m. With a steel hull this ads up to a 4633 gross tones.
