Atlantic is a modern incarnation with more than enough speed to beat Charlie Barr’s original 1905 transatlantic record. 50 metre masts tower above a raven-black steel hull and uncluttered teak decks – the perfect setting for sunbathing, entertaining and dining. Throughout the entire yacht, the level of craftsmanship and detailing can only be described as a labour of love.
Twelve guests dine around magnificent tables either on deck or in the peerlessly panelled saloon. The latest entertainment systems are concealed in handsomely re created furniture pieces. A full-beam main saloon and staterooms for the 12 guests are a superbly crafted combination of perfect period style with every modern comfort. Atlantic is often seen at regattas and major sailing events and 2012 is the year to be part of the scene, not the scenery. Clearly built for speed, the schooner is also extremely comfortable and for her length and number of guests alone, she provides exceptional value.
