The highly anticipated outboard version of the Invictus Yacht model, the TT420S, is set to make its world debut at boot Düsseldorf, following its successful introduction at the same event last year. Departing from the inboard-outboard propulsion system, featuring two Volvo Penta D6 engines with 440 HP each, the Italian brand has chosen a configuration with triple Yamaha outboard engines, each boasting 350 HP, resulting in a combined power of over 1000 HP. This innovative setup is made possible by the elimination of the central section of the swim platform.
The previous engine space now serves as a practical storage area for water toys. Despite this modification, a unique feature in this boat category remains intact – the dedicated garage capable of housing a 2.10-meter tender.
Designed by the renowned Christian Grande, the Invictus TT420S maintains the sleek essential lines characteristic of Invictus hulls, blending style with a focus on performance. Drawing inspiration from its award-winning older sister, the TT460, the profile of the TT420S is distinguished by elegant windshield features seamlessly integrating into the carbon hardtop, enhancing the overall powerful presence of the model. Notably, the integral glass windshield with wipers is an uncommon feature in a boat of this size, providing protection during navigation. Simultaneously, a front opening system ensures effective air circulation when anchored.
The deck, featuring a comfortable perimeter walkway protected by high bulwarks, hosts a spacious bow sundeck convertible into a chaise longue – an ideal spot for enjoying the cruise or a quiet aperitif. Amidships, the expansive dinette can be transformed into a relaxation area under the hardtop, complemented by optional collapsible side terraces that enhance the living space and offer an open-air feel. This innovative solution breaks down the traditional barrier between the boat and its surroundings.
Internally, Christian Grande has embraced an open-space concept. The entrance reveals a generous living area with U-shaped rotating sofas that can cleverly convert into a comfortable double bed. Towards the aft is a cabin with separate beds. The generous bulwarks contribute to impressive internal heights, utilized for a spacious bathroom with a separate shower.
The world-debuting Invictus TT420S at Düsseldorf will showcase the exclusive Vogue White color, characterized by an unconventional shade of neutral white that harmonizes seamlessly with the warm and cool tones of the available cushioning in the collection.
The Italian shipbuilder produced open type boats with multiple vocations. The debut production will include two ranges of leisure boats, corresponding with two types of propulsion: inboard-outboard for the “GT” series, more tending to leisure and sailing, and outboard for the “FX”, more technical and sporty.
