Vitters has successfully turned the hull of its "zero fossil fuel" sailing yacht, Project 3094, also known as Project Zero. After an intensive 11-month construction phase, the aluminum hull will now be transported to Vitters' shipyard in Zwartsluis, Netherlands, marking the commencement of the next stage of outfitting. Commissioned by Foundation⁰, Project Zero’s interior and exterior were penned by Vripack, while her naval architecture was made by Dykstra Naval Architects. The project is being managed by MCM.

This ketch-rigged sailing yacht embodies a pioneering approach, aiming to operate entirely free from fossil fuels. It capitalizes on wind, thermal, and solar energy to power both the yacht and its amenities. Importantly, the innovative technology underpinning the build will be accessible in the public domain, while the yacht's aesthetic integrity will remain uncompromised by its energy-harvesting mechanisms, ensuring an elegant exterior.

The Project Zero is scheduled for delivery by September 2025.
