The 63rd annual Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) will take place at October 26–30 in South Florida. The Show is taking place across seven locations, including the Broward County Convention Center (BCCC) and the Bahia Mar Yachting Center. 



Owned by the Marine Industries Association of South Florida (MIASF) and produced by Informa Markets, this monumental event showcases more world and U.S. debuts than any other boat show in the country. This year's show will welcome 157 yachts above 24 meters. Here is the list of five newest yachts to see in the 35–50m range.

The flagship of the displacement long-range line, the Mangusta Oceano 50 makes her U.S. debut at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. The Mangusta Oceano 50 is a 499 GT, steel and aluminum displacement yacht designed and developed jointly by the shipyard’s technical departments, designer Alberto Mancini, and P.L.A.N.A. The furniture and furnishings have been designed by Alberto Mancini, who teamed up with the shipyard’s technical and interiors departments to develop solutions that would fully embody the requests of the Florida-based owner. This vessel is equipped with two MTU 12V 2000 M86, 1700 hp engines that will push her to a maximum speed of 16 knots. She has a range of up to 4,500 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 11 knots.

Ocean Z

The 49.9-meter Ocean Z was launched by Heesen at the Oss facility in December 2021 and delivered in April 2022. The yacht exterior lines were drawn by Clifford Denn. The owners and their team are working closely with Reymond Langton to customize the interior to suit their taste and family lifestyle. Ocean Z can accommodate ten guests in five luxurious staterooms, including the master suite located forward on the main deck, and the remaining guest cabins on the lower deck. Two MTU 8V4000 M63 engines give her a top speed of 15 knots and a range of 3,800 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 13 knots.

Chapter 3 
Numarine

Chapter 3 became the second hull of the Numarine’s 37XP series and delivered for an American client. At 37.16 meters in length, the crossover exterior styling of the 37XP series is by Can Yalman with naval architecture by Umberto Tagliavini. The yacht can accommodate up to 12 guests in six staterooms with a crew of seven. The twin CAT-MAN 800-hp engines provide a redline speed of 14.5 knots, a cruising speed of 12 knots and a range of 6,000 nautical miles at 8 knots.

Rocket One
Gulf Craft

First time in the US for the Majesty 120, motor yacht Rocket One, following her European premiere during the summer. The 37m Rocket One was designed by Gulf Craft’s in-house studio and is constructed with advanced composite materials. She features two 2,500 horsepower engines and a draft of just over six feet, she has the ability to navigate shallow waters, meeting the needs of European marine enthusiasts looking for world-class performance and handling. Her interior was made by Cristiano Gatto Design Studio and can accommodate up to 12 guests across six cabins, including an owner cabin and VIP cabin on the lower deck, as well as a family-friendly lounge.

The first of the B.Yond 37M series to be launched, the hybrid B.Yond 37M is described as the shipyard's greenest model to date. The interiors of the superyacht, designed by Benetti architect Mauro Izzo, her exterior was made by Stefano Righini Design. Goga boasts an impressive 8,200 nautical mile range at 9 knots in Eco Transfer mode, which lowers fuel consumption, CO2 emissions, and NOx emissions by up to 80% compared to conventional propulsion systems.

Ocibar Acquires 25% Stake in Italy's Marina d'Arechi
Spanish marina operator Ocibar has entered its first international venture by acquiring a 25% stake in Marina d'Arechi, a major Italian marina located in Salerno. The facility, developed and operated by the Gallozzi Group, offers 950 berths for vessels from 10 to 100 meters, along with winter storage and maintenance services.Antonio Zaforteza, CEO of Ocibar, stated: “Marina d’Arechi is one of the great examples of success in marina development in the Mediterranean and still has significant growth potential. Our alliance will further enhance this marina and integrate it into a unique value proposition for its customers and those of the various Ocibar marinas.”Ocibar, which manages marinas in Tarragona, Mallorca, Ibiza, and Valencia, sees the investment as part of its Mediterranean expansion strategy. Itama Unveils New 16m Open Cruiser
Itama has introduced the Itama 54, a new 16.44-meter open cruiser designed to enhance onboard comfort and living space while retaining the brand’s signature style. The model, presented at boot Düsseldorf, marks Itama’s return to the 50 to 59-foot segment.Developed by the Ferretti Group Product Strategy Committee and the Group’s Engineering Department, with exterior and interior design by Tommaso De Luca, the Itama 54 features a streamlined aesthetic with functional innovations. The exterior includes a forward sun pad integrated into the deck and a redesigned transom that provides 1,800 liters of storage for water toys. Access to the bow has been relocated to the starboard side for improved convenience.The deck layout prioritizes comfort, with a large aft sun pad and a dual-cockpit design. The main cockpit includes a convertible dining area, while a second cockpit behind the windscreen offers a sheltered relaxation space. Both are served by a portside bar unit. The helm station features an ergonomic seat and a floating dashboard.Below deck, the Itama 54 accommodates two cabins, two bathrooms, a galley, and a dinette.
