The custom motor yacht Five Star was built by McQueens in Canada at their Vancouver, BC shipyard. This 31 metre luxury yacht was delivered in 1989 and most recently refitted in 2018 with a complete exterior and interior repaint. Five Star has sailed from Mexico to Alaska and she has excellent conditions in all areas.
Five Star has been just recently sold with both buyer and seller represented by Steve Beck at Denison Yachting.
Her spacious interior, which is stylishly decorated with white oak and all-new soft goods, can accommodate up to six guests in three staterooms with a crew of four in two cabins. Previously named Crystal Spirit, Five Star has exterior styled by the Jack Sarin team who did the entire engineering package. This luxury vessel was made for living aboard for an extended time. The aft deck is well suited for al fresco entertaining and dining with an expandable teak table seating eight guests. The saloon offers a large sofa and two armchairs along with coffee tables and an electric fireplace plus plazma TV.
Her top speed is 17.0kn and she boasts with a maximum cruising range of 2000.0nm at 12.0kn, the boat’s power coming from two 735.0hp General Motors 8V92TA diesel engines. Five Star also features 'zero speed stabilizers' which work at anchor, increasing on-board comfort when the yacht is in rough waters.
The asking price for Five Stars was $1,199,000.
