At this year’s Monaco Yacht Show Baglietto presented the Seagull brand’s new yacht T60, penciled by Francesco Paszkowski Design. It was unveiled at the press conference during the boat show.
60 meters long and weighing around 1,000 GT, the T60 is the natural evolution of the successful T52, for which the shipyard has already secured six orders without having even launched the first hull yet. On this vessel, the soft exterior lines of her predecessor have become even sleeker thanks to the lighter side buttresses that almost seem to be “hanging” on the water, blending in with the outer ceiling, while the black glass stripe incorporating the portholes – a leitmotiv on Baglietto’s most recent yachts – results in an even more streamlined profile.
The layout is brand-new – there are no enclosed spaces on this yacht: the floor-to-ceiling windows of both the main saloon and the upper deck open up completely and, once fully concealed, create new, ever-changing environments that harmonize with the surrounding landscape. The same informal areas that during the day allow to spend time outdoors and enjoy the sea to the fullest are easily converted to take on a more formal and stately ambience in the evening, always maintaining a direct contact with the sea. The beach area, the main saloon and the dining area have been thought out as one single free-flowing space: a 60 sq. m beach lounge – featuring a swimming pool, a bar and a conversation area – welcomes guests on board and leads them to the completely opened main salon. The resulting space is an almost 100 sq. m space developing on two levels plus the dining room, also fitted with glazed surfaces that can be fully opened to create a living area on the water, where guests can relax both during the day and in the evening.
On the upper deck are a lounge area and a dining area – also fully convertible thanks to windows that open up completely on three sides – as well as a hot tub and a sunbathing area. At the bow the designer placed a touch-and-go helipad. The sundeck extends over an unmatched 165 sq. m terrace offering a 360° sea view.
The owner suite might be located on the main deck. This master cabin features an en-suite night area, a private lounge and a fixed balcony. The shipyard also proposes an alternative configuration, with the entire upper deck transformed into the owner's deck.
Four guest cabins, two VIPs and two guests, are located on the lower deck. Forward on the same deck are also the crew quarters, sleeping 11 crew members in six cabins, while the captain’s cabin is on the upper deck, behind the wheelhouse.
The garage, which can fit a 23″ tender, two jet skis and a rescue tender, has been arranged forward on the main deck, while a haute-cuisine kitchen can be found in the central part of the vessel.
The T60 is equipped with two CAT C32 ACERT engines that will push her to a maximum speed of 16 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots and is pre-fitted for hybrid propulsion, available upon request.
The delivery of the new yacht is scheduled for the end of 2025.

Baglietto is celebrating its fourth launch this year – last week the Italian shipyard launched the third T52 hull and named Akula.The exterior was designed by Francesco Paszkowski Design, who chose a dark gray shade for the body, which gives this unit a powerful and aggressive look. Enrico Gobbi's design team was responsible for the interior. The Italian Yacht Group as the owner's representative and Fabrizio Lai of Interyachting LLC as the surveyor supervised the entire construction process on behalf of the owner.All the features that ensured the success of this line are preserved here - from the open stern, on which the beach club is located on 3 levels, to the sky lounge on the upper deck, which opens on 3 sides thanks to fully concealed floor-to-ceiling windows, are preserved. At the same time, as in the previous case, a number of innovative solutions can be found on the yacht. The aft part was also redesigned, the garage was replaced with a comfortable gym, and 2 jet skis and a 5.5-meter tender were moved to the bow.The technical launch took place in the presence of the shipyard’s workers, while waiting on the formal ceremony to be held at the beginning of the summer season, when the yacht will be officially delivered to her owner.“We are now stepping into the bustling season of deliveries,” comments Baglietto’s CCO Fabio Ermetto. “This year, as many as 4 T52 vessels and 2 yachts in the DOM133 series will be hitting the water. Built by Feadship in 1983, the interior and exterior of this legendary yacht was made by Jon Bannenberg for the visionary Mexican tycoon Emilio Azcárraga, alongside her sister ship Paraiso, Azteca made waves in the yachting world with her avant-garde design.
