Auspicious is a 50.8 m unique displacement superyacht, built by Mondomarine in 2009. After changing a few owners, the beautiful vessel has been just recently sold, with Edmiston representing the seller and YPI representing the buyer.
Auspicious has experienced several refits, including the most recent being in 2019. With a beam of 9.3 m and a draft of 2.6 m, she has a steel hull and aluminium superstructure. This adds up to a gross tonnage of 499 tons.
Her modern and dynamic look is quite unusual for a displacement motor yacht. The superyacht features sleek lines, with naval architecture by Mondo Marine and SYDAC, with exterior styling by Cor D.Rover. Several studios have taken part in the process of creating her cozy interiors onboard, including Luca Dini and Eidsgaard Design.
Special features of Auspicious include an elevator to all four decks, fold-out balconies, an infinity plunge pool forward on the main deck, the chic sun deck with a sun-bathing area aft, and many others.
Auspicious can accommodate 12 guests. The convertible layout can change from 4 to 6 cabins, depending on guests' needs. For example, sky lounge cinema can be converted into a 6th cabin. Each of the cabins comes with an en-suite bathroom. The main deck features a large king-size bed centrally placed on the forward bulkhead with comfortable sitting areas.
She is powered by MTU engines of 2480 hp each giving her a maximum speed of 18 knots and a cruising speed of 15.5 knots. The vessel's maximum range is estimated at 4000 nautical miles.
The last asking price of Auspicious was €13,900,000.
