The Solaris Power 48 Open won the European Powerboat of the Year 2020 at the Flagship Night, a traditional Boot 2020 award ceremony.

A jury of seven experts from leading European specialized publications voted 48 Open for an anonymous vote.

The new Solaris Power 48 motor yacht was conceived and created by a dream team consisting of Norberto Ferretti, Brunello Acampora and Giuseppe Giuliani.
Designers interpreted the sophisticated American style of Lobster motor yachts in a modern way and were able to give the Solaris Power 48 a classic elegance.

The hull of the motor yacht is constructed in such a way that, if necessary, some of the sides in the open part of the main deck can be tilted to the horizontal position, which significantly expands the usable area and offers maximum functionality and ease of use.
On a 14.5-meter boat, special attention is paid to the comfort of vacationers. Designers tried to provide maximum free space both on the deck and below. It is noteworthy that on a boat of this size a skipper cabin is provided and there is a tender garage hidden under a sunbed in the stern.

Immediately after the bathing platform, there is a solarium, and behind it the main recreation area is an open-air living room, which is increased by folding bulwarks. To ensure easy serving of drinks and snacks, a small galley is installed nearby. There is another sunbathing area in the nose. The lower deck is offered in two trim levels - with one or two cabins.

With this award, the Solaris Power shipyard once again confirmed its status as one of the leaders in the motor yacht segment. This is an impressive achievement, considering that a little over a year has passed since the launch of the first Solaris Power model.

The Open 48 model will be only the first in the Open line - in the future plans of the shipyard, the release of Open 58 and smaller models.
