Sanlorenzo Yachts UK has bolstered its aftersales and customer support services with the addition of two seasoned professionals, Ross Stanley-Whyte and Roy Tidman. The appointments are part of the company’s ongoing efforts to enhance the owner experience and maintain its reputation for high-quality customer service.

Ross Stanley-Whyte, who holds a degree in Naval Architecture, brings a wealth of experience to his new role. He spent over five years working as crew on superyachts, eventually rising to the position of captain. Now, he joins the Sanlorenzo Yachts UK team at Premier’s Swanwick Marina on the River Hamble, where he will apply his extensive industry knowledge to support the aftersales team.

Roy Tidman, a marine engineer with 18 years of experience, also joins the team. Tidman has a background in refit/service, commissioning, and warranty projects on yachts and motorboats ranging from 20 to 140 feet, covering both leisure and commercial sectors. His most recent position was as a Senior Aftersales Engineer for another luxury yacht manufacturer. His expertise with some of the industry’s leading engine, power systems, and electronics manufacturers is expected to further strengthen Sanlorenzo’s aftersales capabilities.
