This
project yacht was ordered by a repeat customer, owner of three other Outer Reef
models. The 860 Deluxebridge series favorably differs from other ranges by a temperature-controlled
helm station relocated to the upper deck, so that the main deck forward,
traditionally reserved for the control center, is freed up to host a spacious country
kitchen for cooking and dining.
The latter novelty can be observed in the recently released photo of the completed hull and superstructure, showing off the scale of the project.
The accommodation features 4 guests cabins and crew quarters with heads, lounge and galley. The walk-around skylounge provides additional private dining, entertainment and office areas. The yacht is also equipped with a built-in teak swim platform on the aft deck.
On the technical side, the yacht boasts two 750hp John Deere 6135 engines, 3 aluminum fuel tanks with a total capacity of 11.356 liters, Trac Zero Speed stabilizers and a pair of 38KW Northern Lights generators, all these characteristics allowing for comfortable long-range ocean voyaging.
Upon the delivery, the owner plans to cruise along both costs of North and South America to explore Nova Scotia, Alaska and Mexico.
