Numarine, the European high performance motor-yacht shipyard headquartered in Istanbul, offering a range of yachts from 62' - 105', has proudly presented the 26XP and 32XP explorer superyachts together for the very first time in a boat show.
The 2018 Cannes Yachting Festival was the world premiere for the 26XP in full displacement version, while the 32XP has made her European debut.
The yachts have many similarities as they represent Numarine’s new XP Series of expedition vessels. It looks very different comparing to the shipyard’s performance models. Both 26XP and 32XP are designed inside and outside by the shipyard’s long-term collaborator Can Yalman. Naval architecture is by Umberto Tagliavini, another perennial partner of the shipyard. Both models are very modern, even futuristic, due to angular windows and a vertical bow. They have a well-proven and efficient hull, especially designed for ocean cruising.
The comfort on board is everything, so Numarine took great care in eliminating or reducing all sources of noise and vibration. The on-board systems that resolve these issues are from the shipyard’s longstanding partner Silent Line, noise and vibration experts for luxury yachts, commercial vessels, and industrial and architectural projects. Usually, this advanced technology is applied on much bigger megayachts over 80 metres in length.
The 26XP is a unique compact superyacht. She can be built with a semi-planning or displacement hull.
The 26XP’s has a sophisticated layout. There are four large guest cabins below. The master suite is amidships. There are also two twin cabins and a VIP cabin. Social areas on board are ample. The 2.5- deck yacht has an extensive main saloon with full height windows that saturate the interior with natural light. Outside spaces, including a bow are and swim platform, of the main deck help guests to stay connected with the sea.
One of the key unbeatable features of the 26XP is a special flybridge. It covers about two thirds of the hull’s length, so it is around 16 meters long and just under 100 square meters of floor space. It’s big enough to provide storage space for a 5,5-meter tender.
In its displacement version, the 26XP has a maximum speed of 13.5 knots, and a cruising speed is 9 knots. An efficient hull offers greater fuel autonomy up to 3,000 nm at 8 knots. In semi-planning version, the yacht carries more powerful engines and can reach up to 28 knots.
The 32.5-metre superyacht Marla, which attended the Cannes Yachting Festival 2018, is a unit #1 of the new 32XP Series that was delivered to her Owner last summer.
While being just under the limit of 300 GT category, she offers incredible volumes of internal living spaces on board, with her steel hull construction and GRP superstructure allowed to create unique layouts internally and customized external spaces. Simplicity of use, engaging styling and the seamless integration of systems are key principles of the yacht.
The yacht is easy to manage thanks to the user-friendly interface developed by Energy Solutions, and the captain runs her without an engineer. She accommodates up to 12 guests and is ready for long cruises thanks to her proven hull and ample of storage facilities.
The interior of the 32XP is fully customized to reflect the owner’s preferences in terms of layout, design, fabrics and materials. The main deck of the 32XP offers a generous cockpit with a sunpad area, an expansive 48-square-meter saloon, a vast professional kitchen and a separate gym. On the lower deck, the layout offers two VIP Cabins mid ship and a pair of double cabins, all with ensuite bathrooms, and over 85 square meters of living space.
A phenomenal owner’s cabin with over 40 square meters of living space is on the upper deck. The aft part of the deck fits a spectacular 9-meter RIB tender and two PWCs in navigation. The total external area on the upper deck is 129 square meters, while the flybridge offers another 60 sq. m of entertainment space.
Marla has a very efficient displacement hull and a top speed of 14 knots, a cruise speed of 12 knots, and inspiring 4,000 nm range at 9 knots.
The first hull of Riva's new 112' Dolcevita Super model has launched from the brand's La Spezia facility. Measuring 34.37 meters with a 7.27-meter beam, this flybridge yacht expands upon the successful 110' Dolcevita design with enhanced outdoor spaces and improved water access.Developed by Officina Italiana Design in collaboration with Ferretti Group engineers, the yacht features a 35-square-meter beach club with fold-out terraces and storage for water toys. The stern garage accommodates a tender and jet ski while the cockpit offers multiple lounge configurations. Owners can choose between additional bow seating or a Jacuzzi in the forward area.The flybridge presents redesigned living spaces with a central bar area and entertainment systems. Interior options include two main deck layouts - one with aft dining and another with traditional forward lounge placement. The master suite incorporates larger windows and redesigned storage solutions.Standard power comes from twin MTU 16V 2000 M96L engines delivering 2,638 hp each, providing a preliminary top speed of 25.5 knots. An alternative MTU M97L engine package includes SCR emissions reduction technology. Stabilization systems include zero-speed fins with Humphree interceptors, with optional Seakeeper gyroscopic stabilizers available.Bridge configurations range from standard quad 19-inch monitors to a premium option with dual 49-inch displays selected for this first unit. Soundproofing measures include reinforced bulkheads between crew and guest areas on the lower deck, which houses four VIP cabins. Interior finishes combine high-gloss rosewood with black hammered leather detailing.The yacht is scheduled for its official debut at the 2025 Cannes Yachting Festival, representing Riva's latest development in the 30-40 meter flybridge segment. Dutch shipyard Van der Valk recently presented two new custom superyachts, the 35-meter Lalabe and 34-meter One, cruising together in the North Sea. Both vessels share design lineage with the award-winning 34-meter explorer Lady Lene, demonstrating the yard's custom-build capabilities.Lalabe, en route to the Mediterranean for her maiden season, was commissioned for multi-generational family use. The yacht's hull is optimized for fast displacement cruising up to 17 knots. Turkish yacht builder Numarine has launched the first unit of its new 40MXP model, a 40-meter superyacht that becomes the flagship of its XP explorer series. Two additional hulls are currently under construction, with deliveries scheduled for 2025.The 40MXP represents an evolution of the shipyard's popular 37XP model, maintaining the series' long-range capabilities while introducing new Mediterranean-inspired features. The Italian Sea Group has completed delivery of a new 78-meter Admiral megayacht from its Marina di Carrara facility. The vessel, now the flagship of the Admiral fleet, features exterior and interior design by Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design.The yacht's distinctive profile incorporates a two-tone metallic paint scheme in white and blue hues. Its unconventional three-deck layout provides streamlined aesthetics while maintaining interior volume. The propulsion system combines five variable-speed generators with two 2-mW azimuth pods, delivering 5 mW total power output. Ferretti Group's Yard in Ancona has launched the third hull of the Custom Line Navetta 38 series on March 20. The 38.76-meter displacement yacht, with a beam of 8.00 meters and 299 GT volume, entered the water during a private ceremony attended by the European owner family and shipyard personnel.This marks Custom Line's fifth launch in the first quarter of 2024, demonstrating the shipyard's active production schedule.
