Majesty Yachts, a division of UAE-based Gulf Craft, has launched the latest in its Majesty 120 series. The new vessel, named Abigail, recently completed sea trials in Umm Al Quwain and distinguishes itself with a bespoke custom paint job in “Liquid Silver” and “Futura Dark Grey” hues, deviating from the typical white used on previous models.
The 37.5-meter Abigail features a semi-displacement hull made from lightweight composites and carbon fiber, designed for efficiency in shallow waters such as those found in the Caribbean and Greek Islands. The yacht is powered by twin 2,400 hp Caterpillar C32B engines, providing a top speed of 23 knots and a cruising range of 1,000 nautical miles at 10 knots.
Abigail's design includes a beam of just over 8.4-meter, offering significant interior space across four decks. The yacht's interior, created by designer Cristiano Gatto, includes four guest cabins, a full-beam owner's suite, a formal dining area, and a main salon with a built-in ice bar. On the exterior, the vessel features a bow lounge, a beach club with another ice bar, a tender garage, and two cranes for deploying toys.
First introduced in 2020, the Majesty 120 has become Gulf Craft’s best-selling model. The shipyard has delivered four units to date, with the second hull going to U.S. owners. Abigail is scheduled for delivery at the end of 2024 and will make its public debut at the 2025 Palm Beach International Boat Show.
Since the company’s inception in 1982, Gulf Craft has grown to become one of the top seven shipyards in the world: once a builder of small fishing boats in its modest premises, which was a genuine passion for Gulf Craft, they then established their credentials as a leader of innovation and technology in the yachting industry. With five brands in their product portfolio ranging from 31 to 175 feet, Gulf Craft manufactures yachts and boats that appeal to a wide audience, such as touring passenger vessels, Silvercraft family day boats, Oryx Sport Cruisers, Nomad Explorer Yachts, and the flagship Majesty Yachts.
