Northrop & Johnson has announced the 37.8m luxury motor yacht Sunshine has been leased through donation by Yacht Broker Whit Kirtland. Sunshine was delivered in 1984 by Lloyds Ships, and features exterior design and engineering by Fratelli Benetti. In 2014 the yacht underwent extensive rebuilds and updates. Jane Martin completely restyled Sunshine’s interior to create a welcoming atmosphere. The yacht features a tri-deck layout and spacious interior. The main salon is accessed through the electronic sliding glass doors from the large aft deck. The space showcases calming, neutral styling allowing guests to feel comfortable and at home. A formal dining area can be found to port with seating for eight guests.

Sunshine’s skylounge is filled with natural light from the large windows; this is the perfect space for guests to lounge and socialize. When outdoor dining and unwinding are desired, Sunshine offers many different areas, from the large set up on the aft deck to the sun loungers and dining table on the skylounge aft. The full walk-around side decks allow for seamless access from one part of the yacht to the other.
Sunshine can accommodate up to 12 guests in five well-appointed cabins. The master stateroom features a workspace with a desk and bookshelves and can be converted into a child’s room when required. Additional accommodations include two VIPs with king-size beds and two twin staterooms with bunk beds. Sunshine can host crew members in three cabins in addition to a captain’s cabin.
