ISA Yachts has commenced construction on the third hull of its new 80-meter “Continental” model. The project has started on speculation and is slated for delivery in the first quarter of 2028. This hull joins two other 80-meter units currently under construction at the Ancona shipyard, which are already sold and scheduled for delivery in 2026 and 2027.
The initial phase of the project has seen the assembly of the first four blocks of the hull, with construction to continue until completion.
Giuseppe Palumbo, CEO of Palumbo Superyachts, commented, “We believe that there are the right economic conditions to invest again in the construction of an 80-meter vessel, following the sale of the other 2 hulls currently in build with the same size and engineering, also began as on-spec projects. Drawing on over 50-year history, our experience leads us to trust the current market and supports our decision to invest in projects we believe to be at the vanguard in terms of design and technical innovation.”
This decision to begin construction on speculation reflects ISA Yachts’ confidence in the market and its commitment to pushing the boundaries of design and technical innovation. The Continental model exemplifies the shipyard's dedication to creating advanced superyachts.
