Horizon Yachts is pleased to announce the delivery of the E78 and E88 motoryachts.
E78 has been handed over to a new owner in Florida, who says he “fell in love” with the vessel upon first viewing her; he has named her Breathless and plans to cruise the yacht in the Gulf Coast.
One of the most noteworthy features of this motoryacht is her hydraulic hard top and radar mast, which lowers at the touch of a button and brings the height of the E78 from 28’ to 20’6”, allowing her the flexibility to cruise in areas with fixed bridges. She offers a three en suite stateroom layout plus separate crew quarters aft of the engines, ensuring privacy for both owners and guests as well as a slew of amenities, such as the lower pilothouse and hydraulic swim platform. Equipped with twin CAT C32 1600HP engines, Breathless will reach a top speed of 25 knots, and she also includes zero speed stabilizers, bow/stern thrusters, Hamann sanitary treatment system, and more.
As for the E88, she has been named Christine and also handed over to her new owners in Florida.
This Horizon E88 was the first open bridge motoryacht built and also features the new beach club design, with a stern hydraulic garage door and Hi/Lo swim platform for watersports and outdoor fun.
The proud new owners knew Christine was the yacht for them after first viewing her – she fit the bill for everything on their list: four en suite staterooms plus separate crew quarters aft, a formal dining plus country kitchen layout, and numerous al fresco entertaining areas between the open flybridge, forward bow dinette and sunpads, and a large aft deck with a wet bar. As the owners planned to cruise the east coast, the Horizon E88’s twin CAT C32 1800HP engines, zero speed stabilizers, bow and stern thrusters, and numerous other amenities were of great value to comfortably operating and cruising their new motoryacht.
Christine is currently cruising in the Chesapeake for the remainder of the summer and fall; the owners plan to head back south and spend time in Ocean Reef this winter.
