This partnership highlights the brand's ambitious vision and widespread appeal, emphasizing its commitment to luxury and environmental responsibility.

The first 42-meter model, currently under construction at SES Yachts in Istanbul, Turkey, is slated for an early 2026 delivery. Built with aluminum and designed for ultra-efficient hybrid propulsion, this yacht features a refined hull shape and a substantial solar array, reducing its carbon footprint by 60% compared to traditional models of similar size. GX Superyachts draws upon the expertise of its sister company, Greenline Yachts, a leader in hybrid yachts up to 58 feet.

Northrop & Johnson will serve as the exclusive agent for the GX42 in North and South America, having already secured the sale of the first unit to a European buyer. Additionally, they will represent two forthcoming GX Superyachts models spanning 24 to 56 meters.

Construction of the inaugural GX42 is proceeding according to plan, with the hull being turned before Christmas and the superstructure installed shortly after. The installation of machinery, piping, and wiring trays is underway, keeping the delivery timeline on track for early summer 2026.
