The 43.6-meter Feadship motor yacht True North is now on the market, with an asking price of USD9,995,000. Listed by Northrop and Johnson's yacht brokers Kevin Merrigan and Kristen Klein, the vessel was originally built in 1987 at the Van Lent shipyard and underwent an extensive refit in 2021. This refit, costing around USD4 million, included a full exterior repaint, modernization of the A/V setup, and upgrades to the air conditioning and navigation systems, among other improvements.
True North, previously known as Fiffanella, has a history of global cruising and is known for her durability, with a steel hull and aluminum superstructure. Her shallow draft makes her particularly suitable for cruising in regions like The Bahamas.
The yacht’s design emphasizes both comfort and functionality. The full-beam master suite on the main deck features his-and-hers baths with Crema Marfil marble, while the lower deck offers four guest staterooms, accommodating up to 14 guests, all with private en-suite bathrooms.
On the exterior, True North offers a range of leisure spaces, including a covered aft deck for alfresco dining and a sundeck equipped with a hot tub, swim-up bar, and lounging areas. The swim platform provides easy access to the water, complete with a deck shower and swim ladder.
Having completed her Bureau Veritas 35-year survey in 2022, True North is ready for continued use, offering a well-maintained and modernized option for prospective buyers.
