Project 825, the impressive 74.80-meter Feadship, recently captured attention as it gracefully made its way along the Dutch waterways to the Feadship facility in Kaag for further outfitting. The yacht boasts sleek exterior lines designed by Studio De Voogt and elegant interiors by Gilles & Boissier, creators of the famed Baccarat Hotel in New York.
With four spacious decks, Project 825 offers a wealth of exceptional features. The large transom beach club stands out, featuring glass-bottomed pools on both sides and direct access to the lower deck guest accommodation. The lower deck includes two double suites, one twin suite, and one convertible stateroom, ensuring utmost comfort for guests.
The owner's deck presents a forward-facing master stateroom, complete with a bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, and private study, along with a private terrace equipped with a hot tub. Sliding glass doors in the owner's lounge open to an aft terrace with private dining shaded by an overhang, while a touch-and-go helipad enhances the deck's versatility.
The main deck boasts a social hub centered around a large pool served by a refreshing bar. Inside, the lounge and dining area feature sliding glass doors, seamlessly merging the interior with the outdoor surroundings. A games room adds to the entertainment options, while a full-beam VIP suite with a bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, and private balcony accommodates additional guests.
The bridge deck holds a magnificent spa center, including a sauna and a gym with aft-facing views, climate-controlled or open on three sides. The gym overlooks a splendid terrace with a bar, lounge, and sunbathing area surrounding a hot tub.
Comfortably accommodating seventeen crew members, the yacht is equipped with a 9.80-meter tender, water toys, and a rescue tender, cleverly stowed away behind shell doors on the forward main deck.
Powered by twin 2,000hp MTU diesel engines, Project 825 achieves a top speed of 15.4 knots, a cruising speed of 12 knots, and a transatlantic range of 5,000 nautical miles.
Project 825 is scheduled for delivery at the end of 2024.
