An iconic sailing yacht from well-established Perini Navi 60-metre series, the 2013-built Seahawk, has found a new owner. The buyer was represented by Wellington Yacht Partners in close collaboration with Bruce Brakenhoff of Perini Navi USA, co-listing the yacht with Burgess.
All-aluminium sailing yacht, Seahawk features Perini Navi in-house exteriors and naval architecture collaborated with Ron Holland Design, along with interiors by French studio Liaigre. She offers accommodation to 12 guests across 6 cabins.

With a beam of 11.4 metres and a draft of 12.3 metres, she has an aluminium hull and aluminium superstructure. This adds up to a gross tonnage of 491 tons. From the technical side, Seahawk has two aluminium masts of 62 and 52 metres, and her sail plan makes 2,125 square metres in total.

Noteworthy, Perini Navi applied carbon fibre for the standing rigging for the first time with Seahawk, in addition to her spreaders, foils, headstays, booms and diagonals. Furthermore, with modernised captive winches and fully-recessed furlers for the head sails, the yacht can tack in just 42 seconds. In comparison, the models built before would require two minutes.

Seahawk reaches a maximum speed of 15.50 knots and cruises comfortably at 13 knots thanks to a pair of 8V 2000 M72 MTU diesel engines.

Following her 2018 refit, Seahawk was asking €32,000,000. In July 2019, her priced reduced to € 29,750,000.
