After just over two years of engineering and construction, the 41m Dynamiq GTT135 has been launched. The yacht, called Stefania, is the evolution of Dynamiq’s Gran Turismo Transatlantic (GTT) concept.

“We are very proud of this achievement, especially in these challenging COVID-19 times” says Dynamiq founder and CEO Sergei Dobroserdov. “This beautiful 41m superyacht looks impressive and fresh and expresses the innovative and chic soul of Dynamiq yachts. Just as importantly, she also performs at the top of her class with the latest technology on board, such as the Hull Vane aft foil and a unique torque compensation system by Rubber Design, to name just a few. We’re sure she'll be a source of exclusivity and pride for her owners, a family that didn’t follow the mainstream path and selected the Dynamiq GTT 135 because it's the best vessel in her size range, together with her reverse bow, long waterline and master cabin located in the most comfortable place amidship, on the lower deck. We are now completing sea trials, where our team and surveyors witnessed how her technical innovations took performance and comfort to the next level.”

Stefania is the result of an international collaboration with full engineering by Van Oossanen Naval Architects in the Netherlands, exterior design by Dobroserdov Design, and sophisticated interior styling by Giuseppina Arena.

The exclusive colour palette of metallic gold and dark brown sets her apart from all the white yachts on the water.

Stefania’s efficient hull has a round-bilge shape, creating remarkably low resistance and low fuel consumption, and still ensuring high speeds. She is equipped with twin MAN V12 1650 engines for a maximum speed of 20 knots with an ocean-going range of 3,000 miles at cruising speed, which means the owners have the opportunity to enjoy two cruising seasons in a year (Med and Caribbean).

There is also a greater freedom when navigating to remote destinations with no bunkering infrastructure, as the yacht also has a shallow draft of 1.8 metres for cruising the cays and shoal waters of the Caribbean.
She can accommodate ten guests in five very spacious staterooms, including a full-beam master suite, all located on the lower deck.

After sea trials and delivery, the yacht will voyage to her home port of Monaco and be available for charters through Arcon Yachts, who were also the build managers during construction.
The second hull of GTT 135 is available for order with delivery summer 2022.

Dynamiq was founded in 2014 by experienced yacht broker and designer Sergei Dobroserdov. Dynamiq is the first company in the superyacht industry to introduce an online configurator, allowing the yacht to be easily and transparently customised down to the last detail. Dynamiq unveiled its first launch, 39m Spring (ex-Jetsetter), at the 2016 Monaco Yacht Show to wide acclaim. The following project, the GTT 115 M/Y Jaaber, was developed in conjunction with the renowned Studio F.A. Porsche design firm and successfully unveiled at the 2017 MYS. The latest addition to the Dynamiq fleet is the GTM 90 Beach Club and new Global series of long-range explorer yachts.

Investors Plan to Take Over Insolvent Windhorst Shipyards
The insolvent shipyards owned by Lars Windhorst in Schleswig-Holstein are set to be taken over by new investors. The appointed administrators have presented two buyers, while Windhorst has made a last-minute offer in an attempt to regain control.According to preliminary insolvency administrator Christoph Morgen, the Heinrich Rönner Group from Bremerhaven will acquire the Flensburger Schiffbau-Gesellschaft (FSG). Work at the shipyard is expected to resume shortly, focusing on completing a ferry for the Australian shipping company SeaRoad. The vessel has been docked for an extended period. The Nobiskrug shipyard in Rendsburg, meanwhile, will be taken over by the Lürssen Group from Bremen, as confirmed by preliminary insolvency administrator Hendrik Gittermann. Both shipyards are currently owned by Windhorst’s Tennor Group. Windhorst entered the Flensburg shipyard in 2019 and later acquired the Rendsburg facility. Over time, both shipyards reportedly struggled with financial difficulties, leading to complaints from employees about a lack of orders and materials. Insolvency proceedings were initiated after social security providers filed claims over unpaid contributions. The administrators also discovered over 150 official notices in the offices, including enforcement orders and court documents.Despite the planned takeovers, Windhorst has not abandoned efforts to retain the shipyards.Credits: Yacht Harbour archive
