The 51-metre superyacht Regina d'Italia II (ex. Regina d'Italia) previously owned by fashion industry icons Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, has been sold via Edmiston and Torrance Yachts. Built in 2006 by Codecasa, Regina d'Italia II was first asking €18 million, further reduced to €13.5 million.
The superyacht represents extraordinary balance between flamboyance and minimalism, applied to yacht design. Translated from Italian as ‘The Queen of Italy’, she stretches across a beam of 9.5 metres with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure.
Regina d’Italia features clean metallic exteriors styled by Della Role Design. She is provided with a lot of space and alfresco zones across three deck areas. A sundeck with several lounging zones and 360 views is one of the yacht’s key trademarks. Another distinctive feature of the boat is her giant custom-built, inflatable water slide.
The yacht’s interiors echoing the previous owners' style in fashion, were developed by Lazzarini Pickering Architetti. Conceived as the reflection of high-fashion living, the yacht’s strict minimalistic architecture blends into incomparable richness, both in terms of materials and effects.
Reflecting Dolce & Gabbana lavish fashion style, Regina d’Italia’s decoration boasts studded with rubies and sapphires taps, gold veined marble floors and animalistic prints prevailing as a texture. All the precious materials on-board are genuine, whether gold, mink or crocodile skin.
Regina d’Italia offers accommodation to up to 12 guests on-board within a full-beam owner’s suite boasting a large dressing room and private gym, a VIP stateroom, two double staterooms and two twin cabins. Notably, each of the four guest bedrooms is named after exotic animals: giraffe, rhinoceros, elephant and crocodile. The guests can rely on an elevator to get from the lower deck up to the sundeck and back.
Techno wise, the yacht features top speed of 18 knots and cruises comfortably at 15 knots at the range of 4600 nautical miles, with the power of two Caterpillars of 2448 HP each.
Regina d'Italia is equipped with a zero speed stabilization system which reduces roll motion effect and results in a smoother more enjoyable cruising experience underway. This luxury yacht is also fitted with 'at anchor stabilisers' which work at anchor, increasing on-board comfort when the yacht is stationary, particularly in rough waters.
The yacht underwent a refit in 2018.

The 49.9-meter motor yacht Tsumat, built by Trinity Yachts, has been sold after a substantial price reduction of USD9 million. Frank Grzeszczak Sr. of FGI Yacht Group represented the seller, while Yannis Zagorakis of Hargrave Yachts acted on behalf of the buyer. The sale follows Tsumat’s prominent display at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS), where the adjusted asking price drew considerable attention.Delivered in 2012 by the U.S.-based Trinity Yachts, Tsumat features an aluminum hull and superstructure. The yacht’s design was helmed by Geoff Van Aller, with interiors crafted by Ramon Alonso. Vitters Shipyard has announced the launch of its latest creation, the 44-meter sailing yacht Magic. A collaborative effort between the Dutch shipyard and a team of renowned designers and engineers, Magic represents a significant milestone in modern yacht building. Naval architecture was handled by Reichel/Pugh, with interior design by Design Unlimited and styling by Pieter Laureys.The yacht first emerged from the construction shed in Zwartsluis, Netherlands, on January 3, after 30 months of meticulous construction. Her sleek, modern design stood in stark contrast to the tranquil green fields and the charming village setting. On January 7, Magic was launched into the cold waters of Amsterdam, marking a pivotal moment in her journey. Her 62-meter Southern Spars rig was stepped on January 8, completing the yacht’s striking silhouette. Commissioning and sea trials are scheduled to take place in Amsterdam ahead of her February 2025 delivery.Magic is a contemporary cruising sloop designed with dynamic lines and an emphasis on both performance and comfort. Measuring 44 meters in length and with a beam of 9.66 meters, she accommodates 10 guests in luxury, supported by a crew of seven.
