Rosetti Superyachts has announced that the keel-laying ceremony of the second RSY 38m EXP has taken place at the Rosetti Marino Group Shipyard in Ravenna, Italy. The second hull following the successful debut of Emocean at the 2021 Cannes Yachting Festival.



The European owners, who are sailing enthusiasts, were introduced to RSY by Burgess and signed the contract in December last year. The exterior is made by Sergio Cutolo of Hydro Tec and the interior drawn by BurdissoCapponi Yachts & Design.

Delivery of the second hull is scheduled for August 2023.

Rosetti, evolution of Rosetti Menotti, was established in 1925, and they're a global leader in both the engineering and construction of on-shore and off-shore plants, as well as a wide range of commercial ships ranging from ocean-going tugs and platform supply vessels to passenger ferries equipped with state-of-the-art equipment for propulsion, automation, navigational aids and control systems.

36m Moonshine Launched by Moonen Yachts
Moonen Yachts has launched the 36.3m Martinique named Moonshine, during a christening ceremony held last week in The Netherlands. This marks the sixth Martinique model from Moonen's successful fast displacement steel hull series, designated as yard number YN204.Represented by Neal Esterly from Fraser Yachts, the owners chose Moonen Yachts to bring their vision to life due to the yard's reputation for excellence in their size range and yacht type. Customizations were made to suit the owners' preferences, including adjustments to the yacht's length, allowing it to fit within a specific location with a limited length requirement.Set to be delivered before the summer season, Moonshine will embark on a journey through the Mediterranean and the Caribbean before finding her permanent home in San Diego, California.The collaboration between Moonen Yachts and the owners, crew, and construction team was characterized by close cooperation and productive exchanges. John Bechtold, the Project Manager at Moonen Yachts, expressed gratitude for the opportunity to refine Moonshine according to the owners' desires and intended use.Crafted in collaboration with Hollander Yacht Design, Moonshine boasts a rich and characterful interior design.
